Very satisfied with today’s selections.
1st photo features my special request of combined plating of the toro pizza, truffle some caviar and yuzu ox tongue. 2nd: Master Kobe Beef Shiogama with condiments. 3rd: Truffle Donabe Gohan, with live Black Truffle shaving by the Japanese Chef himself. 4th: Baby Chicken stuffed with black truffle rice (the rice tasted even better than the Donabe’s, perhaps the chicken jus seeped to the rice, making it extra flavorful). 5th: miso cod. 7th: Sakura mochi. 8th: molten Sakura lava.
