Such a wonderful new addition to the Jakarta food scene. In the past, only a handful restaurants offer Basque cuisine. With care for great ingredients and proper techniques Txoko dishes were a delight to have. The place is highly photogenic too with ample natural lighting, which is always a plus. They still need to work on speed of drink service though. My group of 7 had to repeat ourselves many times to ask for water, coffee and ice tea. Hope they get this ironed out fast in the near future.
